At POND'S India, we strive to ensure your skincare journey is seamless; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 5 days of delivery. Please note that due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return, or contact our customer support team within 120 hours of delivery.
- 2.Documentation
Upload clear images or a short unboxing video of the product showing the batch number and the defect to help our quality team validate your request.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product is packed in its original brand packaging with all tags intact.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
